I was able to resist the lvl 49 one just fine.

in my experience it was p much all pet levels.

havent played since beta so i'm legit confused on whether or not its perma, i could sic pet on a melee and afk to bowflex

I think at all levels it takes about 100 resist or so to deal with it.

The issue here is even with 400 resist people are reporting 100% root rate with the new ones.

Doubt those are partials......... I'm fairly certain if you only have 300 hp left and get ice cometed it says it did 300 dmg, not the full dmg.

they were hit with mr rain before pillar. you can see it in the chat log on the left. they were trying to heal through it. had i just cast pillar they would have definitely lived and turned around and killed me, however 3rd rain wave landing at same time as pillar = bonesaw.com gg.
