Mouseover wont show buff duration or item names

Fairly certain I didn't change anything. Sometime today I simply stopped getting any kind of result from mousing over buffs or item names. But if I mouse over the combat, action, skills and social panes in the actions window it shows details as soon as I mouse over. Anyone know how to fix this?

Restart your client. If that doesn't work, restart your computer.
