Words of Bondage; can anyone confirm where this drops in P99?

Okay I know it drops in Kedge, Fear, Hate and off Fire Giants in Naggy's Lair but Alla also says it drops off the Allizewsaur in OOT, Ice Giants in perma, King Kazon Stormhammer and Sir Lucan D'Lere. I have never seen Alliz drop it but I was wondering if anyone can confirm that Words of Bondage drops from any of these other mobs or any that I have yet to mention.

i can confirm it drops from sir lucan. got 2 on our last kill

Some Ice Giants (Vox Lair)

Nagafen

Good luck! I've seen it drop off all the mobs I listed above!

I've seen Allizewsaur drop it, but that was like once out of 100+ kills. Pretty sure any mob 50+ will drop em, maybe 49+. Your best bet is the planes, really. If you're not doing fear/hate, you might as well buy the words off someone who is. There just isn't enough high enough level mobs elsewhere, although you might get lucky.
