With decent CHA, what level can a chanter start efficiently start charm soloing?

It's probably better than soloing with an animation by 20, if not sooner. I didn't feel like I really was in full stride charm soloing until the mid 30s though. Before then the combination of how relatively expensive roots and stuns and such were + the narrow level range of dark blue cons worked together to make charm soloing annoying.

I play with an enchanter friend often who has been charming hardcore for most of his time playing. Hes around level 20 and solos often. He states that getting as close to 200 CHA will help with keeping charm. Now he is pretty twinked so is CHA is quite high. He also usally only charms things 3 or 4 levels under him.

Corven is his name in game. Hes been helping alot of the enchanters in my guild with charming and gear questions.
