Dru Spell FROST - not working properly

Frost is suppose to lower Fire Resistance (says on wiki also)

and I can assure you, here it does not.

Please fix.

dont see where it lowers resists on lucy data either.

Not to piss in your cheerios Andis, but I do recall even 60 end game druids in Velious using Ice for the debuff.
