So does this mean if you were 51+ this is actually a increase in xp bonus? Like nothing of the 75%+ xp applied to 51+? But will the new 25% apply to 51+?

no post 50xp was still nerfed, even after the 'fix'.

as i understand it we had the 1-50 thing. in addition to an overall 1.75x modifier, which is now a 1.25x modifier.

this model at least seems to line up with how much quad xp has gone down for me.
