The bard particle effect shows but not the little bubbles that float form your hands.

This missing particle in the picture is only not showing for other players but IS showing for the player who has the epic equipped.

This is a well known (currently) unfixable bug, use the "Search thread" function for future reference as there are like 5 (old) threads on it.

Surprised your guildies didn't already fill you in considering a lot have played blue and are aware this ancient bug is not going to be fixed soon.
