Back on live when you casted Vex as a necro the emote was /raise, so the animation would be the character doing a /raise

On here it's the animation of getting hit when its casted, totally incorrect!

These spells also don't leave a debuff icon on their target... I believe until after they zone? Needs a fix big time.

really who cares bout the casting animation til the dot gives an icon
if you dont zone you can't dispell any other dots, dispell will skip even the ones with icon and go straight for buffs below it

Sprinkle some fux on these possibly easy to fix pvp issues to tide us over

or

hire new pvp dev
