The Weary Wrass fish was added to the magelo db in August of 2001, so it exists in Velious, however it cannot be prepared or baked because the Filleting Knife combine and the Cream combine do not work until Luclin.

I have been working on this when I can, have two of the drops for this quest sofar.

Just got really lucky on two drops, but the quest did not work. Not sure if it's due to faction or what. Will try and get 4 more drops, and bump my faction up. The other reason may be because I am doing the hand-in on a monk.

Thanks Relik! I was under the impression that Apprehensive should be high enough for that kind of a quest, but let me know what else you discover as you raise your faction.

Also, anyone interested in getting a group together and romping through some part of Velious this weekend?

I now have four Shard Wurm Fangs for Slaggak's bounty, but I don't want to turn them in as he is apparently on Kromrif faction. So I just killed his PH and headed out.

I only mention this because it took me about 60 kills to get them, so prospective testers should probably pick a different quest.

If Nilbog can add Kromrif to the list of factions I shall, as the Great Brell Serilis gives me strength, journey forth again to Kael to complete this quest.

I am hoping for Kromrif, Dain, Tormax and Yelinak faction mods actually, but that's because I want to slaughter in Icewell keep one night, and then work on my coldain ring quest the next.

Nilbog has fixed the quest pending update, so I will try and get some more items gathered up to check it once updated.

the Forged Bastard sword using dual edge mold is not used for any velious smithing.
