Getting no item because it was Lore is the real issue here imo.

Not sure how you work around that though.

I'm curious how they're going to handle participation in the raid fights because the NK one is just constant desync/LD for me and the group I was trying to buff is gone.

If you got no item due to lore, petition in game OR forums please. But NOT both.

Petition it. They said they'd get you an item.

There was also an issue with the script being bugged by responding "Formally completed" and not getting anything upon finishing 16 npc's and also turning in the book. Will those get reimbursed?

Thank you for taking the time to make us our very own Halloween event. It all felt really smooth (except for the clusterf*ck in NK when 200 ppl were hailing the fear monger for a 3 part quest dialogue). I have to say I enjoyed some of your writing. It was quite funny!


I enjoyed reading the book. I think most of the clues were good and I felt rewarded due to having a deep knowledge of the world.

I had a couple of thoughts...

1. Ultimately, it was super repetitive to run from place to place typing BOO!

2. Reliance on a porting class to accomplish objectives chafes my nards

3. Grindiness of the quest in general.

I didn't have time to accomplish all 12 of the first list. I got to 10 before I left for dinner. Hopefully I'll have time tomorrow and it will still be up to finish out the rest and see what the prize is.

How do you finish this event?

I completed all 12 names and I wanted to get the ripped page so I was told where I needed to go. I hailed the 'a fear caller' and he just asked me what I wanted?

I tried every word and combination of words and nothing has worked? What am I doing wrong here?

I also want to add that I wasn't the only one who was hailing him and nothing they typed work as well.

This was a lot of fun, I took my girl trick or treating in the middle of it so I missed out on the big items, but I ended up with a bracer of the hidden for 14/16 and promptly traded for someones gazughi ring. First event I have had the chance to participate in, thanks for setting it up p99 staff :)
