Corporate governance is the most underrated element of the modern capitalist economy. Essentially modern corporate structure is the reason America has far more wealth inequality in Europe. Even that becomes unenforceable much of the time because the CEO is often the largest shareholder (or leads a constituency that is). Warren is so out of touch she thought it would be wiser to be a socialist cuck (that is less than the shadow of bernie sanders) and NOT support sanders in the 2016 primary.

The thing is with socialism, you have to not pick sides. She picks sides. That means she's an authoritarian. Not a socialist.
