Jesus Christ guys...if you can't contradict congress and the fucking order is not even permanent its not the same as law.
Congress can do anything that isn't ruled unconstitutional. It's a slow bureaucratic institution where its much easier to shut down a prospective law than pass one. So once Congress passes or repeals a law -- there is a level of permanency to it.
Congress has exclusive power of the purse and presidents can't simply demand taxpayer money without consent of Congress. The problem with this country is not the president. The problem with this country is the bought out Congress and Courts.
Why is the Congress easy to buy out? Because people are too god damn focused on the president as the guy with all the power and don't even know who their representative is, what they do, and where they get their money from. But people will read a novel worth of information about Russiagate or Whitewater.
