You are correct, it is a small upgrade compared to PWC. I usually recommend it because it is really the only good upgrade at that level range. GFC has a little bit better ratio, stats, and no more -30 poison resist. But if you want to be cheap and keep PWC that isn't a bad route. You will stop meleeing by level 50, so you don't need to worry about the PWC proc. |
