Is there a gem slot 9? What? What??!?

Having this problem, but using slot #9 - I'll try w/out the extra slot and see what happens.

Bad bad bad peeps. You cant use slot 9 without AAs. I am gonna have to start awarding manastones, or guise, or something to people who turn in exploits. Maybe I can start finding out before half the server is doing it.
