I skipped through a lot, But anyway I ran parses from 20 to 52 and beyond I still do and still have logs. From WW giants to FM giants to random OT mobs near FM life and yeti's in DL and bloodgills in loio. Even have 600+kills parsed in seb on 2-3 occasions showing dps. I solo'd all the way 1 to 53 with a fungi and RBG and basic monk gear.

As far as solo goes, I found wu trance stick/KD to be the best(unless u have jade mace mh which i do not, I swap sarnak war-hammer in for stuns when no ench/interrupters) for soloing and or group damage. I currently use trance/whitened treant fists due to no luck of an SoS drop yet. Vs a monk with epic and fist/SoS I am constantly only 25-30dps behind him in raids with ench haste and 2hb IFS. Hes 60 im 53 and he still has a huge advantage with levels since most seb stuff(krup, illis, jugs etc are even/yellow cons rest of frogs are a high high blue con).

If you are an iksar don't even bother using your fist once 60 with epic. a 14/28 will still be better in MH by 1 delay according to wiki. The best you can do is get the posky Wu's fist and then later upgrade it to its 16/22 hell even its 16/27 is decent until you can get a SoS for offhand then upgrade it to a 16/22 for main hand.

as for 1-50 on red I opted for a IFS over RFS for the joust damage and plus the RFS doubled in price within a month when it was previously 20k same as IFS. I didn't really bother with IFS until 51+ however for groups/raids with ench haste.

afaik 10 is the lowest cap you can get, So fo most just enchanter speed + selfworn haste will beat the cap assuming you have a <25 speed weapon mh.
