Giganto probably (unless been mugged of all droppables, mayhap even then tho).
Not sure about his PD drops status but has like all the relevant lumrus pieces.

Also personally if I could acquire any account it would be Adriana. Maybe a bit less PD loot, but you can't put a price on the Grandmaster with a Guise.

Jeremy once gave me like 6 bags full of loot to distribute in a give-a-away to new players on my stream. Some of the items were valued at 5-6k plat.

Several members of Nihilum have all PD loot as well. A few have all PD loot and Suede Boots and sow sword.

Deka(bard) for example has Crown/Robe/Boots/Sow Sword/Aon etc..
