I tend to hear lots of rumors that a lot of items were duped. Thats sad.

Yes spreading rumors is sad, your a prime example Glydor.

Everyone knows who this character is, and like wise, I think most people know that these items were not duped. The only three really rare items here are the Spear, the RBB and the AoN - all of which can be tracked back to their non-duped origins if you know who has won those items in the past.

About 99% sure the Spear was formerly in Transcendence and the Belt was given away when Stonewall quit and then sold for a combination of A LOT of money, rubi bp, and manastone (among other things). The AoN I'm unsure of - but there have been a few of those sold by players that quit.

Starting rumors is bad.

This might not be the right thread to ask this question... but what is duping an item?

So let's say you have a Dragoon Dirk. You tell it it's a pretty dagger, a nice dagger, a loving dagger. It's blade isn't dulling in the least! The point is still as sharp as the day you got it. With all of the praise, you've duped it into thinking it's a Polished Steel Dirk. Then you store it in your poop sock and in the morning you wake up with shit all over your chair pad. The rage!
