thurgadina was only bindable inside and outside bank what i recall

I seem to recall binding in there wherever I wanted. The Bind Guide listed above shows anywhere in zone, for thurgadina.

Will need additional research and commentary to change this.

Some kind of issue with Skyshrine not being bindable by casting Bind Affinity on yourself, but allowing you to bind others?

BINDING, By Tempust holyhand, 51 cleric the rathe (2/26/2001)

You may bind here ..err.. I should say someone else can bind you and you can bind others, you just can not bind yourself. Hope this helps.
IT IS A CITY, By Flaiel (2/9/2001)

I'm now indifferent to the dragons and it is a city complete with vendors and a bank. I still cant bind myself here but I've not tried having someone else bind me. Some very facinating quests are found here and it is a fun zone to exlore when you are not KoS.
HAVE SOMEONE ELSE BIND YOU, By Aramaya (2/6/2001)

It is true that you can not bind yourself in Skyshrine, but you can bind others and be bound. Word to the wise though, binding at the zone is a risky thing since you will invariably have the sentries pulled on you at the worst possible time.
NOT ABLE TO BIND THERE, By Rinrieth (1/28/2001)

Well, I was testing my faction and decided to bind for safety sake at zone... it said "You can't seem to get an affinity to this area, try a city"

any word on removing the hybrid penaltys on release, we have been waiting 3 years ffs, along with spells that were available a few short months after release. This really isint a classic server anymore so was hoping some of these minor things could be fixed.
