this. also, a group bonus is not enough. there aren't enough people to have a reliable group going all the time 6 strong. there needs to be a 100% global bonus, then, in addition to that, the group bonus that favors grouping.

red99 is NOT ABOUT THE JOURNEY. sorry, it's not. red99 is about getting to 60 as fast as possible so you can join one of the 3 guilds and start raiding and doing mass pvp. I understand blue is about holding hands and making life long friendships @ orc 1, but that's not red.

I would like to see additional data points such as player interest in server, this would give a direct correlation to desired maximum RMT statistic. Therefore, xp = increase pop at 60, which would produce 60's in shit gear, which increases interest in dragons and gear.

D3 has exp bonus. Pretty sure the pop went there.

It could partly be about the journey, and low level PVP, but you need a population for that. Seriously at this point i dont beleive theyre doing all this in good faith, its too ridiculously bad.
