hmmmm this is intredasting indeed, are you wanting to grow this into a decently sized guild? this is looking pretty swell

To be honest, i have low expectations going in based on my experiences on the box lately and the guild/player situation on the box currently. I have been pleasantly surprised so far however with a few of the people i have invited!

I feel this is a very viable alternative for people A) Not willing to commit to being a feeder for Az or Nilly which means being able to freely attack ( or ally ) either side

and

B) Late night players who tend to be pretty fragmented and disheartened with their ability to meet peeps and have regular groupmates. Myself, i recently started working nights so i can see this first hand.
