prob cause for some insane reasons the GMs made up some policy where if you out someone publicly before they do something about it then they won't do anything about it

p sure it does exist, have seen several times someone post a video of someone training, instapoofing, etc. and the GMs get all butthurt about it for some reason and refuse to take action
