Issue fixxed, I just read what Kobie said and it got me thinking, the last time my eq worked was before I went to a LAN and when I booted up I Had to change my OC settings in bios because for some reason the air cooled oc option wouldn't load, so I re flashed my bios and changed the OC setting and my EQ loaded in right away....i've had EQ working with the previous set of bio's for months until it randomly stopped working and it changed my OC settings, so if anyone else has this same problem like me and Kobie did, it's a BIOS issue which honestly to me makes no sense for a game like EQ :P
