Okay yeah that does make sense. Still though it seems odd to have it apply to any dungeon that's like sub-30. What kind of scandalous behavior can you possibly get up to in befallen or runnyeye?

It's to prevent things like zone disruption. Imagine some salty person spamming level 1 accounts and training the zone repeatedly because someone called them a noob or something.

It looks the the sub level 5 message does say inter-planar portal according to this post from 2015: https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=191568
