Reliable yes, exact numbers no.

Casters and Priests on p99 at lvl 1 don't get the mediate skill.

Mediate skill increases mana regeneration for casters and priests.

Getting this skill at level 1 (and at 25) would still make a huge difference in mana regen rates from p99 vs ragefire.

Are the caps for meditate different when maxed, or do both cap at 252 live/p99? Is it better early on but normalizes when max lvl? So for 1-10 you regen noticeably faster since you have med on ragefire, but after med is achieved on p99 at lvl 10 are they the same(once maxed at 10) ? Or is the cap on ragefire higher and thats why it feels like mana regens faster.

Ultimately this boost only helps up to level 5, where mediate would be at 25 anyway. So this really means at levels 1-4 you regen mana (in combat) as if you were level 5.

Thats what I was looking for! thanks. I felt it was still higher on Ragefire, but if what you say is the case then it all ends up being = , and the early med on live just helps thoes first few lvls.

This mediate skill is also added to the base 3 mana regen a tick too.

This skill (as far as I remember, I blame my recall if wrong) never went past the 252 max.
