You might be right , but as I wrote. I wore eradication BP myself for 2 years and it had velious look. Maybe it looked different the first 6months , but when I had it , it was velious look. This is all I wanted to provide

Im gona correct myself here, reason for this; I don't think it even existed the first 6 months of velious release. I have done some more research on this bp, and did not find any evidence of it even being spoken of before June 29th 2001. Which is 6+ months after release.

That is the time period where NToV gear got huge stat boosts in addition to Kael drops receiving large boosts/modifications.

Mind that velious textures are off, but as you can see it should not look like umbral or what it currently is looking. You also gotta remember that the velious textures was turned off by default on live and if you had a crappy computer you couldnt have it on, because you would lag to much.

And yes, some screenshots are from 2002 era (Luclin). But it never looked like it currently is looking here on p99. The comment from Allakhazam about it looking like Umbral is false and it has always been false.

This is how I remember it looking and probably anyone els that played in the 2001-2002 era.

I will continue the search for more evidence until this is changed, because the current textures is not classic.

I was one of the MT's in Stasis, I got my Eradication BP about ~4 months before Luclin.

Quite possibly a graphic swap? I remember Vindi BP being Grey not black though.

Yeah the Vindi bp was Grey at first, then it got the ebbp look which it has here on p99, then it got Velious textures like 2 months before luclin. So yeah, it got changed 3-4 times.
