If you log in fast enough, no rent stuff might last - I think it's based on server online time, so there should be say 15 minutes after it comes back up to log in and retain the stuff.

That's been my experience in the past, at least.

Never put anything valuable in a no rent bag. it would be a real sad day as some has put their epic weapons in that bag in the past and it went into the void.

Yea I'll stop what I'm doing getting the server up to check the IP Exceptions. NP.

Nah, my loot was just a few mino battle axes, nothing major. I know better than to put something like an epic in them.
