Dude, no Thorny Vine legs??

Back in EQ classic days that was like the most common piece of Thorny Vine in fear.

Why don't you have Thorny Vine legs? =)

No, the legs were just very common. I remember once not even being in Fear and someone messaging me that ranger legs dropped and there was no-one to loot them, because all the rangers there already had them. So they did a /who all 50 ranger and my name came out on top of the list or something.

Maybe the loot table is setup differently on p99.

Legs is the most common piece in fear because they can drop off jelly cubes (chests in hate drop boots). Still, legs is the piece I got last, and then another pair roted 5 mins after I got mine. Just randomness...
