Is Empire going to be that surprised when they realize another guild tag can do the exact same thing? Only difference is the people with too much pride to join Empire will be in Tempest along with everyone still playing that was in Empire. It will end up being a larger % of the population than Empire was.

All the "PvP" guilds that are starting up will fizzle out in a couple weeks after they are bored of playing with the gear they farmed for a year. Especially when they realize a level 55 with no gear is better at greifing than their level 60 BiS rogue and all that gear is good for is raiding more gear that they don't need.
