Just let empire finish selling their accounts, ban all the accounts that were sold, server is effectively wiped.

Personally saw empire regularly raid with 90ish (was bound in tov)

Nothing changed when empire lost. Some left.. Others came back it evened out.

Population been 100-150 peak since zek released.


Empire seem that the mad server doesn't care they are gone.
