UPDATE: Fixed it!
Using EQPLlay nice, it was overriding. It has a setting to limit FPS in the Fore/Background in window mode. Bumped it up to 100, and got my frames corrected. Thanks to all who tried to help, appreciate it. |
Go to GeForce experience and turn off shadow play and turn it back on
Edit: nm looks like you fixed it, didn't read the last post. I have a similar issue with shadow play for some reason |
