My husband's account will not allow him to access the server either due to an unknown error. I am able to get on without a problem. We would like to see about getting this fixed. Also, he was going to try and make a post to say the same thing but it will not allow him to do ANY posting whatsoever. So not only can he not get on, but he can't tell anyone there is an issue....PLEASE HELP! :) Thanks much!

Samey same. Servers aren't even showing up on my brothers computer. Mine just says unknown error every time.

Having the same issue with the "unknown error" using a laptop with Windows 10 with the latest update- creators update. Was able to play yesterday(7/2/17) did something change between then and now?

Same thing on a Windows 10 desktop. Tried rebooting my router in case it was an IP/session issue, but no dice. It seems like whatever it is, it's an EQEmu login server problem. The Al'Kabor server is showing a current population of 973078737... obviously something is wrong!

Same, Windows 8.1 no prior problems. Will give the "Unknown error" for blue, red, and even every other server on the list.
