I think the only unclassic thing I'd like is an 'alliance' chat, where multiple guilds can get together and chat. Temporary alliance global chats would be pretty sweet.

A server wide chat channel would be an excellent feature, it would be endlessly toxic, and it ain’t ever gonna happen.

P99 had this when there was a max pop of 80 people

Global OOC was mostly good for:
1. Ports ( offer 80 plat and watch how fast you got ported )
2. Selling items while farming them in distant locations ( Permafrost loot anyone?)
3. Andain sex tales

this would be a step backwards for p99.

global chat essentially means no EC (EC only really became a thing on p99 when they pulled the plug on the global channel). No EC means less classic.

LFG function was good, especially with low population. When populations went up it wasn't needed.

rest was bullshit, and there are too many people on now for a live stream in game of bullshit.
