I don't think there were many if any on Rallos that delvled a cleric.. Usually rogue/ranger

There might be info on a Firiona Vie board somewhere though. Twinking out low lvl chars with clickies and such was pretty popular. I remember rolling a char on there and grouping with a cleric in unrest who had clicky heals and heal proc hammer

Yea I used to have a twinked on FV with http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=20089. the 630% proc rate make it proc so much even if you were hitting for 1 damage.
