Recharging should be removed

At least through vendors. Make people do some fucked up quest to recharge if they want.

So i guess my question is once you were asked to give it back and they would refund the plat because it was their items, why not just do it? Its not like you walked up to a random merchant with no one around and the items were there. There was clearly people there and they asked for the items back in exchange for the plat and you refuse and call them dicks?
