Marathe was awesome, he had a secret halfling ranger I would help gear up and whatever else, he played on it and kept his mouth shut when it became too much for Marathe.

Remember all his corpses in Misty Thicket? Be like 20+ naked corpses, he'd rush evils naked trying to nuke them, guy gave no fucks!
