Galach said it best, go camp gwurms when you're an appropriate level. Or, farm lower level items and save money and buy it eventually. You'll get it if you spend the time to get it. If you go gwurms, do it with friends with the understanding that Torpor will be yours, decide loot ahead of time.

Torpor is not a make or break for a shaman, you don't need it to effectively group at 60. It opens up a huge amount of content when you get it, for sure though. P99 is work, and I'm glad folks on this thread are in the same camp as I am.

None of these spells are even slightly important on blue / green because nothing poses a challenge because you have 10x the people you need for everything
