I love Halas. Plenty of roaming mobs dropping crafting and plat items, a wide variety of experience levels including easy access to Blackburrow and the best looking toons in the game. Come roll a shammy and join the elite ranks of my healers....lol.

I don't want to say what the best noob zone is because I care more about me, but overall, you can't go wrong with choosing the character you like and leveling up in the relevant noob yard and progressing from there. It's actually pretty remarkable how many good options there are to level up.
