It probably won't be worth whatever you pay for it.
It's only really good for encs who are soloing, as when you duo+ you will almost always want to be with someone who can heal you, where the item is suddenly not worth much. Even when you solo, assuming it's anything challenging, enchanter usually only have 2 states: full health and dead, both of which make the healing properties useless.
it's decent for necs, I suppose, but its more a QoL thing and unlike encs will still some use out of it when not soloing.
Botht encs and necs won't be able to solo anything they couldn't before with it.
You would probably never make up the plat loss in efficiency in either of those character before you die of old age IRL.
I don't really give a rat's ass about it on any other class, and don't care about "hurr durr it can help you level up a warrior/rogue/etc.: faster". You could just pay to level those characters hundreds of times faster. And, no, painting flames on a VW fox doesn't change it into a Ferrari.
