as the winner of the red99 monk best of the best, I can say with great confidence that the monk rules you guys use are atrocious

that being said, anyone who thinks it's pure RNG is simply a bad melee PvP player

Guy might still click wrong button in the wrong order and lose. That happens a lot.

Clicking the right buttons in the right order is still an essential skill to eq PVP even with casters.
