Why do you think it only has 9 HP on p99? I believe the pet HP on p99 is probably correct. I tested it in a duel with a SHM before, he was lvl 60 and using epic weapon he could not kill it with melee swings because it had enough HP + regen to survive his attacks.

9hp is my highest estimation of max hp as the flaming sword has died to a single hit against a damage shield which I believe was cast by a magician of level 24 or lower (in Najena). Perhaps something funky happened client side.
Did the shaman or someone perhaps buff your pet before they started attacking? Your report is in conflict with my recent experiences. |
My pet had no HP buffs, we assumed that due to the pet level being high enough, it gained the same increased regen that other summoned pets get. If it only had 9 HP then it would have been one-shot many times over in the duel. We kept this up for a couple hours.

That is a super interesting jumping off point for further research. Thank you. When did you trial this?

Your pet also didn't suicide after the cursed hand was killed. Not classic.

The pet will stick around as long as it has a hate list and you can add things to the hate list by making mobs hit you. There are classic posts complaining that the sword won’t add mobs to the hate list like the cleric hammer would. |
I'm not sure if a stealth database change went through, but since I posted the previous images I have noticed twice my pet (unbuffed) surviving a hit. I only have one screencap of this.
