I would have to wager that a large number of the owners of those 365 accounts were still on and playing on different accounts, new toons, etc.
Their accounts were suspended. That does not stop them from logging in on a different account from the same IP though. Just speculation of course. I'd have to imagine a lot of those people are rolling new toons out of shame. |
