Every so often I would google private EQ servers... and one day p99 showed up.

Sent an old buddy I played EQ with what he was up too, and he replied with p99 website. That was just the beginning of this month. Have loved it ever since and I hope to be able to play on the server for a long time to come.

Often check there just to see if there's some excitement about a new MMO.

I've known about eqemu for about 8 years. I recently wanted to start playing an MMO again so naturally i tried to dl+install WoW but the patcher wouldnt work at all. So I decided to check out EqEmu and voila, exactly what ive been wishing for ever since luclin came out :P

Said buddy I PMed was on those same boards as well. :)

From a Friend, who unfortunatly doesn't play enough...

Had the flu and spent a couple days on one of the EZ mode servers after realizing I was still set up for EQEMU after fooling around on it a year or so before then on PEQ. Went to log in and saw this server in the list, played for a few hours then found the website.

Googled and found the beta when there was another suspected progression server, played beta from like jun 09 or so.

Heard about it through EQC :P
