Guild Wars 2 releases, we all buy it, shelf it in a few weeks depending how well they do pvp, we may revisit.

Diablo 3 releases, we all buy it, hardcore the shit out of it for a few weeks and remember that its Diablo.. Shelfed but still enjoyed every now and then.

Both games are arena based pvp, we're playing a 13 year old game because we don't enjoy that aspect. If I can't roll up on you while your fighting a large rat and shit on your wheaties it's just not fun, removing that aspect from the game ruins it for me. May as well sit at a camp with a timer set every x minutes and watch tv, basically playing everquest 8 minutes of every hour.

As planes are released and content is opened people will be fighting over everything. Scheduling play times to get around the zerg's of the server to get some planar loot. This is what I remember of classic EQ, so I am looking forward to it as I am sure others are to.

- For steaks, why would rogean pull the plug on the server? There would have to be no one playing to justify turning it off. As long as we maintain 100+ during primetime on the weekends I see no chance of the server being taken offline.

QFT... As a west coast player the server pop has always been above 150 primetime.

I love arena based PvP, when the competition is there. I will never understand how killing someone with no risk to yourself is fun. I also enjoy the fact that I have to constantly check the zone and can be ganked at any time by people like yourself. So there are many different reasons for playing this server, not just your reason.
