Nilbog that list is... odd. It doesn't match any trivial values I have found for anything at any point either pre or post bs update. :confused:

That list is straight from the blacksmithing section of Ruins of Kunark Strategy Guide.

The Kunark Strategy Guide is riddled with bad information included the trivals that are posted. The correct trivals are the ones listed in the eqtraders waybackmachine and also caster realm has a list.
