I have a 50 ogre shaman. I was NEVER KOS at the Grobb shaman guild. I am now and I don't know why. It only started about two or three weeks ago. I had assumed it was from faction hits taken from assisting my cleric with her Aegis of Life quest but now after reading this post, I'm wondering if they changed something in a recent patch.

And on live I also played an ogre a lot and hung out in Grobb all of the time and NEVER was KOS in the shaman guild. NEVER! I think I would have remembered that since you have to pass through Shaman guild to get to the bank.

Yeah, I don't remember it being like this back then either, but it's been a long time for me. It's kind of a big deal since it cuts me off from the bank as well :/

You can still sell to Stragak in Innothule; just avoid going into Grobb.

And kill dem Bashers! :)

Had them both positioned there. Logged on shaman. Pet kept the placeholders killed. Logged on cleric to kill the nameds.

Phobus... I think you've shed light on the situation. My ogre shaman is of Rallos Zek. And yes it was a troll shaman who inexplicably started putting the beat down on him.

You'll still get faction hits from pet kills.

yes, i went through this last week. it's one troll in particular near the guillotine. if you run across fast enough to the bank she won't aggro. i was level 12 when i tested this. i'm almost certain it's a rallos zek thing.

I know that, Phobus, but the mobs I was killing shouldn't have affected my faction with any shaman in Grobb.
