for sure you can mez players up to 52, my 40 bard was AoE mezzing my group without a problem. one thing i did notice is aoe mez landed way more often than single target mez.

yeah there is currently a level requirement on mez in both pve and PVP .... the PVP one needs to be removed plz fix

evidence? get your entire guild to stand near you while yo aoe mez and posts resists. im not calling you a liar but you and mellow seem to be lacking evidence on your bug reports.

I'm pretty sure it was just that most 56+ mobs were immune to being stunned, so the mez didn't actually have a "level cap", it's just that all mobs above a certain level would resist it automatically. The subtle difference is that it could still affect players. I realize this isn't evidence, just my impression of how it worked and why there was a difference in pvp. However, in classic most decently geared players would probably resist mezzes 100% of the time at level 60 so I'm not sure how much difference this makes.

True, I dont think it would take too much time to grab a group of 60s, have them strip mr gear off, and play AoE mez song for a few minutes. Screenshot all the resists or post the log. I don't doubt something is wrong if chanters and bards are complaining but some kind of proof would be nice.

it definitely works on lobies under level 55, this i have tested

Glamour will land on level 56 players, any other mez wont even give a resist message anymore.

up until a few days ago, you could still use dazzle/mesmerize on lvl 60 players.

so tl;dr: any players over lvl 57 is immune to mezmerize as it stands now except rapture.
