They were auto once you hit a certain level.

Additionally, they weren't really 'given' at that level - you could hit like /disc and see all the disciplines that were available to your class. When you tried to use them it would just say you have to be level xyz to use this ability. So there wasn't really a learning mechanic involved, it was just there and wouldn't work until you hit the right level.

Others have said it, but you got them as you leveled autofancy like.

May as well mention that ALL disciplines were on the same timer iirc. Obviously different discs had different cool downs, but if one disc was cooling down you couldn't use another etc.

I still remember making my /disc Stonestance one for my monk when he turned 51 :) i was so disappointed with it.
