So why did Trump enact Obama's policy when Obama waited for congressional approval which never came and Trump went ahead anyway? Well, either way, the airfield is operational again, so it was a 100million dollar publicity stunt and another example of the feckless government we now have. Russia should be getting pipelines after they broker a deal with Exxon, Shell, Halliburton, and or or Schlumberger. Lotta money they're tryjng to squeeze from that area of the world.
