Familial owned/Nepotic upper echelon hiring practices within a corporation is how one skirt's the Estate Tax laws.
Of course it's built that way on purpose, and you can thank Obama for robustly expanding the Estate Tax Laws to extremely hamper the middle and upper-middle class without addressing how an Immortal Corporation is capable of holding the upper class' Nepotic wealth indefinitely.
Just another example of how the left does not intend to eliminate the "wealth inequality" that they purportedly oppose, while simultaneously cementing us "Ni66ers" (race independent class-ist slur) in the poor house indefinitely.

With taxation beginning at 18% for inheritences over $10,000, and ramping up to 39% for inheritences of 1/4million (a value equivalent to the average price of a 3-bedroom single family home throughout the US) the government is essentially taxing the middle class homeowner at 40% when they die and bequeath their home to a single heir. How is this battling "wealth disparity" whilst simultaneously allowing a corporation to hold all the rights of an individual without that pesky thing called "death" getting in the way?
