15 years = same risk as non-smokers as not having coronary heart disease.

i actually look forward to aging now. learned so much in the past 5 years; can't wait to see what I learn in the next ^^ don't want to be broken or immobile, but I'm excited to learn more and don't care so much about wrinkles or gnarled bones now :)
